Bachelors degree strongly desired in a related field such as Finance Accounting Business Economics Data Analytics Industrial Engineering or similar. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in operational financial and data analysis aligned with the types of tasks described above (program / operations analysis maintenance / asset-related financials budget tracking and reconciliation etc.). Minimum 7 years of experience in analytics and problem-solving with a proven ability to synthesize complex data and develop practical actionable recommendations. Demonstrated experience supporting business / financial processes using enterprise IT systems. Comfort working with or quickly learning U.S. Coast Guard enterprise systems including FLS FSMS CWD NESSS IBM COGNOS At least 7 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools for analysis and reporting Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with demonstrated ability to manage and interpret large datasets financials and performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to prepare clear structured reports and present findings to management.

Required Education :
