We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate and client relationship management. The successful candidate will support senior account executives, assist in managing client portfolios, and ensure that every client experience with Property Soar is exceptional.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts and portfolios.

Provide support in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations.

Communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide updates.

Conduct market research and compile reports for internal and client use.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project delivery.

Assist in coordinating property showings, meetings, and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

1–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service (real estate industry experience is a plus).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
