We're hiring dependable Class A CDL drivers from within 100 miles of Baton Rouge for regional, no-touch freight throughout the South Central states. Your Route, Your Rhythm

This is a dedicated regional position hauling dry van freight across Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama, and Tennessee . Freight is 100% no-touch , with about 65% drop & hook . You'll average 2,000-2,600 miles weekly , earning between $1,200 and $1,545 per week , paid weekly through direct deposit.

New graduates will complete a 3-4 week paid mentor program before transitioning into solo operations with their own tractor and assigned lane. Experienced drivers start solo immediately and can qualify for home weekly resets .

New drivers are typically home every 9-12 days , depending on freight flow and experience level.

The Schedule

You'll pick up preloaded trailers from regional customer centers and make deliveries to stores and distribution sites across your assigned territory. Runs typically last 10-14 hours per shift , covering around 300 miles per day . There are no backhauls , and dispatch keeps routes pre-planned so you can focus on what you do best ,driving safely and earning money.
