IT Director

The IT Director works under the administrative direction of the Sr. VP of Accounting and IT, with minimal supervision. This role manages and supervises the organization’s technical operations, including all IT-related functions, ensuring that technology systems and applications support the organization’s goals and objectives.

Typical work hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Hours may vary to meet the needs of clients and business operations. This may include days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and / or IT certifications preferred.
• Proven experience as an IT manager, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge or information technology systems, infrastructure and networking
• Experience with Microsoft active directory
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate IT concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-Starter with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to think strategically and align technology with business objectives.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs

oSet up and configure new computers and other computer equipment.

oProvide technical support to the network infrastructure, installation, administration and configuration.

oProvide technical assistance to users on laptops, desktops and software.

oTrack and update IT inventory.
