Senior Program Analyst

This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X. This position is fully remote located in the United States in support of Maritime - Company 200. Occasional travel to host country (Philippines) may be required; you must satisfy all host country requirements to legally work in the host country in order to be qualified for this position.

Responsibilities

Major Job Activities :

  • Analysis and Evaluation : Conducts comprehensive program analysis, evaluates performance, identifies strengths and weaknesses, and develops data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Policy and Project Expertise : Possesses a strong understanding of relevant policies, regulations, and procedures, and applies this knowledge to project development and implementation.
  • Problem Solving and Critical Thinking : Identifies and resolves complex issues, develops creative solutions, and thinks strategically to improve program effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting : Collects, analyzes, and interprets data, prepares reports, and presents findings to stakeholders.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, and interacts effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including staff, management, and external partners.
  • Project Management : May assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervision and Guidance : May provide guidance, mentoring, training, and support to junior program analysts or other staff.
  • Staying Current : Keeps up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Occasional travel to host country may be required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Material & Equipment Directly Used

Requires intermediate to advanced knowledge and fluency of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

Working Environment & Physical Activities

The majority of the working conditions will be in an office environment and sedentary in nature.

Qualifications

Education : One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required. Bachelor's degree in business management / administration, project management, or finance required.

Experience : At least ten (10) years of multi-functional experience in management, administration, program analytics, and support services management. Related supervisory military experience in administration, human resources, and manpower preferred.

Other Requirements : Must be CAC eligible and / or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC). Must be a U.S. Citizen. Current U.S. Passport with a minimum of 1 year prior to expiration and 3 blank pages.

Skills & Technology Used

High-level organizational and analytical skills, so that requirements are managed efficiently, accurately, and on time, with strong briefing skills and the capability to plan without much detailed guidance. Senior-level interpersonal skills, including expert written and oral communications, attention to detail, and problem solving. Intermediate to advanced knowledge and fluency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze programs, policies, labor, and manpower. Ability to accurately document and record customer / client and personnel information. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to the contract.

Supervisory / Budget Responsibilities

Set measurable team goals and standards, meeting or exceeding deadlines, and providing supportive feedback to the team. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather project requirements to ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
