Harbor Audiology is currently seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) / Hearing Aid Specialist / Dispenser to join our growing team in Gig Harbor, WA .
We are a privately owned Audiology practice with multiple locations across Washington state.

- Competitive base salary + commission Comprehensive benefits package including : Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Supportive team environment and career growth opportunities Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for patients ages 5 and up Provide patient-centered care, education, and counseling Fit and program hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement (REM) and best practices Take earmold impressions and manage follow-up care and adjustments Advocate for the best hearing solutions tailored to each patient’s needs Maintain accurate documentation and communication with referring physicians Participate in community outreach events (health fairs, senior living events, etc.) Follow HIPAA guidelines and company policies What We’re Looking For : Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (or eligible for licensure in WA) Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills Self-starter with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities Commitment to delivering individualized, top-tier patient care Why Gig Harbor, WA?
