We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver high-quality documentation under tight deadlines. This role is responsible for creating maintaining and improving help guides training manuals FAQs and troubleshooting guidesoften with short turnaround times aligned to product releases and staff requests. The ability to rapidly process release updates and translate them into clear user-friendly content is essential.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Technical Writing Communications English or a related field.
• Previous experience in technical writing or content development in a high-velocity release environment preferred.
