Brillient Corporation is seeking a dynamic and innovative Deputy Program Manager with exceptional management and people skills. This position requires technical acumen to oversee a complex, multi-disciplinary program and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of program personnel. As the Deputy Program Manager, you will be the key liaison between Brillient Corporation and a government client, ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations. What You Will Need to Succeed :
- Proven experience managing a high-dollar program, project, or contract (over $200 million lifecycle).
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and coordinate planning and implementation of project activities.
- Presentation and public speaking skills.
- Experience addressing operational concerns, monitoring overall customer satisfaction, developing and implementing operational policies, and analyzing training needs.
- Knowledge of records management; Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
- Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent time management skills to plan, manage, and coordinate program functions.
