Paralegal

We’re hiring a paralegal to assist our legal team in preparing legal documents, filing motions, coordinating law office activity, and conducting legal research and drafting. Compensation : $25 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Take care of administrative tasks such as answering phones and maintaining an organized filing system for all legal documents
• Gather information about legal issues from the client in interviews
• Ensure all estate planning documents are drafted with excellence and professionalism.
• File new LLCs, draft business documents, and obtain tax ID numbers.
• Work with our drafting software.
• Prepare deeds to fund trusts.
• Draft powers of attorney, health care directives, and work closely with the attorney.
• Track important dates and time limits for matters and notify relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Deliver best-in-class service to clients.
• Work cheerfully with colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Train and be trained on all firm systems, processes, and subject matter.
