Run lifecycle marketing programs, including inbound and re‑engagement nurtures, and focus on personalization for target accounts. Experiment with new channels, messaging, and AI‑driven tools to scale growth. Partner across Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams to amplify campaigns and GTM initiatives. Support a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation marketing. Proven success running multi‑channel campaigns that generate measurable pipeline. Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot. Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data to guide strategy and optimize performance. Excellent collaboration and communication skills; thrives in cross‑functional teams. Curious, creative, and adaptable—enjoys experimenting, learning, and iterating in a fast‑moving startup. Experience with technical products or SaaS a plus; B2B2C experience valued as groundcover expands self‑led offerings. Familiarity with observability or developer tools is a bonus.

What You’ll Do
As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own the engine that turns awareness into pipeline. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll execute campaigns, partner with Sales, and help define strategy :
This role is prospecting‑focused ; you’ll primarily work on driving pipeline rather than customer marketing.
Location : San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days / week in office)
