Get to Know the Opportunity :

The Analyst will be responsible for the collection and analysis of multiple data sources including financial intermediaries, the Funds' Transfer Agent, Distributor and other internal and external partners.

Please Note : Responsibilities :

Sales / asset data collection, reporting and analysis.

Management and review of intermediary billing and accruals with accounting department.

Accrual vs. Payment analysis.

Various projects that require strict adherence to deadlines.

Participation with other operations, compliance and management teams.

Strategic thinking around automation and process efficiencies.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience :

Bachelor's degree required in related field

Minimum 1-3 of relevant coursework or experience.

Must be an intuitive, self-starter that is able to work as an individual as well as with a team.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Products and reporting systems.

Superior writing skills.

Ability to multi-task in order to meet deadlines.

Basic understanding of CRM systems.

Ability to do analytics, research and reporting from various databases.

Effective organization skills.

Compensation Pay Disclosure :

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and / or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
