The team handles inquiries related to : Insurance licensing Product training and education Order entry support Insurance policy maintenance We are committed to delivering high-quality service across a broad range of systems, policies, and procedures. Primary Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships to deliver world-class service Respond to phone and case inquiries from financial advisors and branch employees regarding : Insurance Licensing Order Desk Policy Services Use online tools and resources to resolve issues efficiently, aiming for one-call resolution Route processing requests to appropriate teams and escalate complex inquiries as needed Achieve team and departmental service goals set by MSSN management Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional experience, including 6–12 months in a call center or phone-based role Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance operations domain Quick learner with the ability to apply knowledge in dynamic situations Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships Creative problem-solving skills Ability to manage difficult interactions with professionalism and empathy Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
