We are seeking a collaborative and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our hospital’s HR team. This leadership role is instrumental in fostering a culture of employee engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement across designated departments.
As a trusted advisor to managers, senior leaders, and staff, the HRBP will deliver integrated HR solutions that align with hospital goals and enhance the employee experience. The HRBP will partner with service line management and HR colleagues to support key areas including :
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Compensation and benefits
- Change management
- Union and employee relations

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experienceDemonstrated business acumen and ability to provide value-added solutionsStrong working knowledge of employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, and employment lawsExceptional relationship management and collaboration skillsProven ability to remain objective, impartial, and confidentialSkilled in managing multiple, competing priorities across all organizational levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications :
Healthcare-related experienceSHRM-CP or PHR certificationExperience working with collective bargaining agreementsOrganizational Development (OD) experienceAdvanced Excel skills
