Job Summary :

We are seeking a safety-conscious Yard Help / Equipment Operator to join our team at our Omaha, Nebraska location! This position works with a team to inspect all equipment that arrives at TSL's terminal and utilizes heavy equipment to move chassis and containers within TSL property. This is a 1st shift position, typically working Monday-Friday from 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm.

Yard Help Duties :

• Safely operates equipment, such as container lifts and shag trucks
• Moves containers and chassis to proper areas of TSL property for storage and / or maintenance
• Performs inspections on trailers, chassis, and containers entering the yard gate using a hand-held device
• Notes the conditions of equipment after inspection and enters all data into tablet
• Serves as one of the first points of contact as drivers enter the yard
• Directs drivers to appropriate area of the yard
• Other duties as assigned
