About the Facility :
T&T Staffing is partnering with a well-established healthcare facility in Upland, CA to hire a skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist . This facility provides comprehensive patient care and is committed to advanced diagnostics and laboratory excellence. As a CLS, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely test results that impact patient care and treatment decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform and interpret complex laboratory tests in areas such as Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, and Blood Bank .
- Validate, record, and report laboratory results following established protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain laboratory instruments, perform calibrations, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Follow all CLIA, CAP, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and patient safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide critical diagnostic information.
- Adhere to strict safety, infection control, and aseptic procedures .
