A company is looking for a Technical Support Consultant (fluent in Greek and English) to provide remote customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via emails, calls, and chats
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
Native Greek and excellent English (C1 both spoken and written)
At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support
Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
