Data Entry Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Technical Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operational tasks, including contract management, invoicing, reporting, and data entry. This role involves working with technical lists, equipment documentation, and ensuring accurate processing of financial and operational data.

Responsibilities :

• Enter contract details accurately and timely into the system.
• Prepare and process invoicing reports using Excel formulas.
• Complete invoicing tasks on Mondays and follow up on Tuesdays.
• Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and update equipment and technical lists.
• Perform data entry and database input for operational records.
• Generate and review reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Create and maintain run books with step-by-step instructions for processes.
• Support reporting and database management initiatives.
• Assist with invoice reporting and other administrative tasks as needed.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
