Systems Support Engineer
Location : Las Vegas, NV (Onsite, M–F)
Contract : 6-month Contract-to-Hire
Travel : Some domestic and internal travel required
Summary :
We are looking for a Systems Support Engineer with a strong foundation in Linux and a willingness to grow across multiple disciplines including Cloud / DevOps, hardware, and software support . This is a hands-on position ideal for a mid-level candidate ready to take the next step in their career, supporting dynamic systems in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Linux-based systems and applications
- Assist in maintaining containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Support system installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hardware and software
- Participate in evaluating hardware for new system integrations
- Assist in supporting cloud, network, and infrastructure tools as needed
- Travel to support system deployments and site visits when required
