Rock Dental Brands is on the search for an experienced Project Management Analyst. As a Project Management Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the organization. Working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects by providing analytical insights, maintaining documentation, and ensuring efficient project management processes. You will be responsible for managing the onboarding of new Integrations in addition to any cross-functional projects within other functional areas of the organization.
Job Duties :
Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are assigned, and deadlines are met.
Conduct daily / weekly check-point updates.
Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to provide insights into project performance.
Prepare regular reports for project stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Organize and archive project documents for easy accessibility.
Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of communication materials, ensuring information is disseminated effectively.
Participate in project reviews and audits to assess compliance with project management methodologies.
Provide cross functional groups with regular updates on project status and outcomes.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Management Analyst or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
