Who we’re looking for :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role is critical to ensure our Salesforce platform runs smoothly and supports the operational needs of multiple departments. You'll be responsible for user management, configuration, reporting, and process automation—helping teams operate more efficiently through smart system enhancements and responsive support.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary administrator of Salesforce across departments.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, list views, and filters.
- Design and maintain Flows, validation rules, and automation processes.
- Customize fields, page layouts, and record types to support business needs.
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to users.
- Perform data management tasks such as imports, exports, and duplication.
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues and support daily operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement system requirements
Requirements :
Required Qualifications
2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201).Strong working knowledge of core Salesforce functionality, especially within Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.Experience with :
Roles, profiles, and permission setsCustom objects and fieldsReport and dashboard creationFlows and basic automation toolsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.Experience supporting Sales, Customer Service, or Operations teams.Familiarity with end-user training and adoption strategies.Proficiency with data import / export tools like Data Loader.Exposure to tools such as Jira, Asana, or other project / ticketing platforms.Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.EEO :
