Position Overview :

  • Meticulous QA Engineer to test and ensure the quality of our Salesforce implementations and data cloud projects.
  • Focus on Salesforce Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, Experience Cloud, and other upgrades, ensuring flawless functionality and user experience.

Pay Rate : $44.62 / Hour

Responsibilities :

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud initiatives.
  • Validate the migration of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice from Genesys and Salesforce Experience Cloud from AEM.
  • Test upgrades to the Higher Logic community and other integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.
  • Ensure all testing documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Leverage automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency.
  • Track and report quality metrics to stakeholders.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in QA roles, preferably with Salesforce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud testing processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Experience Cloud migrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize testing tasks effectively.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Higher Logic community upgrades.
  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
