We are seeking mid-to-senior level corporate associates with at least three (3+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation, for our Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, or Boston

• offices. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and / or life sciences companies is required. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required. In-house candidates are welcome to apply, provided they have previous law firm experience. Candidates must be barred in the jurisdiction for which they are applying or eligible to sit / waive into the next bar exam.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000, depending on the role and qualifications. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
