Minimum of 3-5 years of professional web development experience. Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder communications. Understanding of web accessibility guidelines and best practices. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in person and virtually. Able to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven, complex, team-based environment with multiple priorities.
