Were looking for a friendly and reliable Front Office Coordinator to join a busy law firm in West Little Rock! This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized and has a keen eye for detail.

What youll do :

Answer and direct incoming calls

Help staff with basic administrative tasks

Handle filing scanning and data entry

Sort and deliver mail

Run occasional office errands

Keep things on track by following directions and meeting deadlines

Detail-oriented and dependable

Able to work independently and handle multi-step tasks

A positive attitude and good communication skills

16.00 - $17.00 per hour DOE
