The role of the
Reliability Operations - Associate Engineer
is t
integrate next generations technologies
maintain
a world class
Reliability lab
and ensure on-time qualification of new products and technologies within
a strong team
environment
Ensure that the needs of the constituents of the Reliability Operations services are
understood
and the
appropriate
technologies
processes are set in place to satisfy those needs; both tactical and strategic.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Reliability Operations to reduce lab induced defects
maximize
lab efficiency, reduce process costs to customer
ensure on-time completion of qualification tests
document resulting processes and provide training as necessary

for the
successful
execution of
new lab technology integrat
ions and
new product
qualification
activities
as defined by
Hardware Engineering and the Product Line customer
required
on-time
product
release
Provide on-going engineering support
the High Voltage Endurance lab
which will include but not limited to operational execution, process definition
documentation, and improvement,
test
system
equipment
development, revision,
maintenance
Take ownership of
HVE lab operational metrics
with a focus on continuous improvement.
Drive device
latchup
and ESD test methods development and execute to internal customer requirements for the on-time completion of qualification
Work with internal customers to understand and refine stress
conditions to ensure all underlying standards are adhered to.
