Business Trainer - Sales Coach

Service Business Evolution (SBE) is hiring a full-time Business Trainer – Sales Coach to work with business owners and their teams, giving them the tools to improve leadership, operations, and sales. This is a remote position with some travel. Candidates must live in Arizona, Florida, Missouri, South Carolina, Colorado, or Texas.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

As a remote Business Trainer - Sales Coach, you will spend time coaching business owners and their teams to help them improve how they lead, plan, and grow. You will meet with clients virtually and sometimes in person, creating coaching plans based on their goals. You will lead training sessions on topics like financial skills, customer service, and sales, and you will also run group discussions that help clients put ideas into practice. You will check in on progress, adjust strategies when needed, and give clear guidance to keep businesses moving forward. With SBE's processes, tools, and support, plus office equipment provided, you will be able to focus on making a difference for small businesses while working from home.

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING :

The pay range for our Business Trainer - Sales Coach is $75,000 to $150,000 per year , depending on experience.

You will work Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST (7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM Arizona time) . The job is remote, and you will take four client calls per day from your home office. Some travel will be required.
