Key Responsibilities Own key Ops Support initiatives by monitoring and reporting on operational support processes and metrics Support documentation analysts and monitor project progress, troubleshooting as necessary Complete and monitor ECM and CHW program authorizations to ensure enrollment and continuity of care Required Qualifications 1+ years of backend operations experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms Excellent proficiency with GoogleSuite applications, Slack, and data tools like Looker Ability to work in a quiet, HIPAA compliant space with reliable internet
