About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic and executive oversight of its financial operations. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for defining and executing financial strategy in alignment with long-term business objectives. This hands-on leadership role demands a deep understanding of real estate finance, with a focus on shaping strategy, driving performance, and improving operational efficiency. The CFO will also be tasked with optimizing the capital structure, ensuring financial discipline, and leading all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within real estate development, construction, or asset management. A strong technical background in financial modeling, fund structuring, and GAAP accounting is essential, as is a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A CPA or MBA is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading financial strategy and organizational change, as well as experience in capital markets and investor relations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, adept at influencing at all levels, and have experience with property management or accounting platforms.
