We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in inpatient acute care leadership. As the senior clinical leader of the facility, you will work closely with the CEO and Human Resources leadership to drive operational excellence, enhance patient outcomes, and foster a positive work culture. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary clinical team, including respiratory and rehabilitation departments, while developing and implementing high-standard leadership practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing and clinical services.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to improve patient care delivery and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop nursing leaders and staff across departments.
