Pathologist Assistant (PA) - Must be ASCP certified

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the preparation and grossing of surgical specimens.
  • Collaborate with one full-time pathologist and one part-time pathologist.
  • Manage an annual case volume of 15,000, with a growth rate of 9% per year.
  • Handle a daily workload of approximately 60-90 cases.

Specialized Techniques & Instruments :

  • Histology using Leica equipment.
  • Secura Tissue Processors.
  • Faxitron device for breast tissue imaging.
  • Cryostats for preparing frozen sections.

    • Requirements :

  • ASCP (PA) certification is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
