    • Join our thriving, busy orthopaedic office in Fountain Valley! We're seeking an experienced Medical Billing Supervisor to lead our billing department under our Billing Manager. This is your chance to grow with a well-established practice that's been a cornerstone of Orange County healthcare for over three decades.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Team Leadership & Management :

  • Supervise and mentor billing department staff
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and workflow efficiency
  • Train new team members on orthopaedic billing procedures

    • Quality Assurance & Compliance :

  • Review and verify accuracy of insurance claims and patient billing
  • Ensure coding compliance for orthopaedic procedures (ICD-10, CPT)
  • Monitor adherence to healthcare regulations and office policies

    • Revenue Cycle Optimization :

  • Oversee accounts receivable and aging reports
  • Follow up on denied claims and manage appeals process
  • Optimize collection processes and payment posting

    • Operational Excellence :

  • Collaborate with Billing Manager on process improvements
  • Generate productivity reports and performance metrics
  • Handle complex billing inquiries and patient account resolution
  • Manage prior authorizations and insurance verification workflows

  • BILINGUAL REQUIREMENT - ESSENTIAL :
