Data Governance & Management Capability

Design and deliver multi‑domain Master Data Management solutions that create trusted golden records, reduce duplication, and enable consistent, governed use of master data across the enterprise. Partner with business and technology leaders to define the operating model, data model, match / merge rules, and integration patterns that power analytics and operational systems.

What You’ll Do

• Own the MDM strategy and multi‑year roadmap; assess maturity and prioritize domains for business value.
• Define the target architecture (registry / hub / coexistence / consolidation), data model strategy, and integration patterns.
• Establish the MDM operating model (governance, policies, roles) and align with data product and DQ strategies.
• Leverage AI / agents for entity resolution, relationship discovery, and stewardship assistance to increase throughput and quality.
• Quantify ROI (duplicate reduction, revenue protection, risk reduction) and communicate outcomes to executives.
• Lead complex multi‑region implementations; resolve escalations; coach teams and support strategic pursuits.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $125,000 to $189,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
