Roles & Responsibilities

This is a 100% onsite position in the Palo Alto, CA, location.

• Must be able to work second shift
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required, on short notice
• Publishes and maintains manufacturing, test, and rework instructions.
• Assesses manufacturing efficiency by analyzing process flow and performance data.
• Participates in root cause analysis to better understand failure modes and implement countermeasures and permanent process improvements.
• Assist engineering in evaluating and defining requirements for manufacturing and test systems and processes.
• Provide support to manufacturing in conducting the evaluation of nonconforming product and process related issues using a risk-based approach to resolve problems.
• Serves as a manufacturing process SME that partners with R & D for DfM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback, solving complex issues, and releasing new products.
• Maintains records and reporting systems according to the company standards and industry regulations.
• Independently manage work center processes documentation, rework support, tool troubleshooting, and improvement implementation.
• Actively coaches less experienced team members and provides oversight for projects and daily work.
• Order tools and equipment as required.

The annual base pay for this position is : Min $88,400 - Max $132,500. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and / or company performance.
