• 24-hour out of house call 8 am - 2 pm rounding
• 10 - 12 NICU patients, 8 - 12 well baby patients
• Level III NICU setting
• NNP support primary night coverage
• Rounding at single facility with call for two facilities
• Well baby coverage included
• Holiday coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
