Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs and devise personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping them reach their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and overall daily activities.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, and healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive and multifaceted care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers : Provide guidance to families and individuals on therapy practices that support continued progress at home.
• Document and Assess Progress : Monitor patient development and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to ensure effective recovery.
