Product Support Engineer

Peregrine Team is hiring for an  Product Support Engineer  in  Grand Prairie, TX .

This position is a full-time, direct hire, onsite role with full benefits and competitive pay. $70,000–$94,000 / year DOE Key Responsibilities :

• Support and manage MRO product transfer activities Perform electrical troubleshooting on aerospace components using test equipment    (oscilloscopes, multimeters, schematics) Create and revise technical documentation, including service bulletins,  CMMs, and test procedures Conduct and support First Article Inspections (FAIs) Train technicians and assist with knowledge transfer Collaborate across departments to ensure production runs smoothly and in  accordance with schedule and quality standards Provide root cause analysis and corrective actions for field and process issues Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, DO-160, DO-254) Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) 3+ years of experience in product support, MRO, or aftermarket environments Strong understanding of electrical systems; familiarity with mechanical systems is a plus Experience with aerospace documentation and processes Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and supporting technician training Skills & Attributes : Proficient in Microsoft Office and tools like SAP or Enovia (preferred) Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements : Work is split between office and lab environments Occasional travel required at the beginning of the role for knowledge transfer This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations professional looking to grow within a fast-paced environment.
