Grow Pediatric Therapy, a therapist-owned pediatric occupational therapy clinic, is looking for a capable and enthusiastic licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR / L) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Eugene, Oregon.

Major Duties

• Helping children learn life skills is vital to grow into self-sufficient, independent adults
• Provide evidence-based interventions to address cognitive, sensory, social, self-care, fine motor, and gross motor skills
• Promote optimal function and engagement in daily living activities, play, and educational opportunities
• Treatment planning, administration, and evaluation
• Form close relationships with patients and families to contribute to a holistic, person-centered view of care
• Complete paperwork promptly and collect data on patients to track progress
