Clinical Resource Nurse (RN) Main OR

Job Description

The Clinical Resource Nurse assists the manager in planning organizing directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills. Acts as a resource for maintaining departmental records scheduling staff development and other special projects.

A robotics coordinatorplans implements and maintains robotic systems by overseeing installation maintenance and responsibilities include coordinating with engineering and maintenance teams ensuring safety compliance programming and training staff and monitoring performance to improve productivity.

This RN will staff in OR cases 50% of the time with dedicated office time. This RN will also be responsible for call shifts.

This position requires a BSN. This position is scheduled 7 am until 3 : 15 pm Monday-Friday.
