ROLE OVERVIEW :
As an Amazon Account Operations Specialist, you will be an important part of overseeing our Amazon accounts, ensuring their optimal performance, and making a significant contribution to our sales growth. Your expertise in Amazon Ads management, FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), and SFP programs will play a key role in expanding our brand's visibility and success on the platform.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategically manage and optimize our Amazon Seller Central account to drive growth and increase sales;Implement an efficient FBA strategy and ensure that we fulfill Prime's operational standards accurately and on time, ensuring quality operations and customer satisfaction;Develop and execute efficient marketing strategies to enhance product exposure ability and accelerate sales growth on Amazon;Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, capitalize on growth opportunities, and implement high-quality sales strategies;Work with our marketing and product teams to align Amazon strategies with broader company goals;Keeping a close eye on Amazon's changing regulations and market trends to ensure our strategy remains cutting-edge and effective;Serve as an in-house Amazon account operator, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our brand recognition in the marketplace;Serve as the point of contact for customer service inquiries, proficiently handling and resolving questions from guests related to their accounts, directly and efficiently resolving any account operational issues.Qualifications :
Must be fluent in both Mandarin and EnglishExperience and proven track record in managing Amazon accounts with a focus on sales growth;In-depth knowledge of FBA, Prime's various charters, and Amazon's marketing tools;Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data and support decision making;Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail;Proficiency in using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms to optimize Amazon listings and conduct market research is preferred.We offer :
