Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Rehabilitation Plans : Assess patient requirements and formulate individualized therapy strategies aimed at helping them meet their functional milestones.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Leverage research-based interventions to promote enhancements in patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team : Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver well-rounded, holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Train patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques designed to foster ongoing improvement at home.
• Track and Adjust Progress : Monitor clinical developments and make necessary adjustments in treatment to ensure that patients remain on the right path.
