Entry Level Sales Representative

We are looking for a driven and outgoing Sales Representative to help grow our staffing business. This role focuses on bringing in new clients, servicing existing accounts, and building lasting relationships through face-to-face meetings and excellent customer service. This position is hours-based + commission — offering strong earning potential for motivated candidates.

Hours : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay : $15 / hour + $15 / day for gas + Weekly Pay + Commission

Job Duties :

Seek and follow leads to acquire new business for the staffing agency

Negotiate contract terms with clients and successfully close sales

Maintain and build relationships with accounts through regular follow-up and check-ins

Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily

Offer staffing services door-to-door (business-to-business)

Check in at job sites to ensure client satisfaction

Maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts

Support payroll tasks as needed (timesheet submission, bill collecting)

Assist in the office during busy periods and special projects

Requirements :

Bilingual – English and Spanish (required)

Must pass a criminal background check

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Proven outside sales experience

Comfortable calling and prospecting (call center experience a plus)

Great communication skills

Self-motivated & professional appearance

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

What You’ll Do :

Travel between client sites and the office as needed

Track daily / weekly reports and schedule your activities

Step in to assist with payroll or administrative needs as required
