Talascend is currently seeking an Android Development Engineer for a contract opportunity located in Newark, California-based client, 100% on-site.

OVERVIEW :
This role supports in-vehicle Android software development focused on user interface components such as system settings, owner's manual, HVAC, and release notes. You’ll contribute to creating high-quality user experiences in a fast-paced, innovative automotive environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement Android software for automotive UI features
- Collaborate with UX and Product teams to refine user-facing features
- Design, test, and optimize system performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure a reliable product
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high-quality codebase
