A company is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the unified revenue model and P&L for Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Ops
Oversee the SaaS sales playbook and regularly audit and evolve it based on market feedback
Recruit and mentor senior revenue leaders while establishing frameworks for onboarding and performance evaluation
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of leading a SaaS company to $100M+ in revenue
12-15+ years of experience in revenue leadership, with at least 5 years in top-tier roles
Experience in hiring and scaling teams of 20+ while maintaining quality
Deep understanding of SaaS economics and metrics
Strong background in building RevOps and optimizing data systems
