Key Responsibilities

Own sourcing, outreach, screening, interviews, and closing for technical roles

Build and maintain diverse, high-quality pipelines across multiple functions

Qualifications

5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally in crypto or deep-tech environments

Demonstrated ability to hire senior engineers or highly specialized profiles

Understanding of core crypto concepts, especially in DeFi

Ability to operate autonomously and prioritize effectively

Established presence or network within crypto communities is a plus
