We’re looking for a compassionate, licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our peaceful and purpose-driven weight loss clinic in Hesperia, CA. You’ll help patients reach their goals using cutting-edge tools like Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, peptides, and more — all in a calm, supportive environment (no hospital chaos here!). Compensation : $60 - $65 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Perform in-person and virtual medical assessments for new and existing patients
• Review health history, labs, and vital signs to determine eligibility for weight loss medications
• Prescribe and manage medications including Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, HCG, peptides, hormones, and appetite suppressants
• Approve patients for medical clearance and provide professional recommendations to support their customized weight loss program
• Oversee patient progress and collaborate with coaches, trainers, and medical staff to ensure success
• Provide telehealth support to remote offices as needed (virtual clearances, progress check-ins, medication reviews)
• Occasionally assist with injections or blood draws if the medical assistant team is short-staffed or backed up
• Support and guide the Hesperia office team by providing clinical leadership and encouragement
• Maintain accurate charting and uphold clinical compliance and patient safety protocols
• Educate patients with love and confidence, making them feel supported, heard, and motivated
