About the Role :

As Director Corporate Development you will lead Hello Hearts most strategic growth initiatives driving mergers and acquisitions partnerships and market expansion efforts that advance our mission to empower people to improve their heart health.

Reporting into our VP of Strategy and Business Operations you will own end-to-end execution of high-impact corporate development opportunities. Youll identify evaluate and execute potential acquisitions partnerships and investments that align with our strategic roadmap. This is a high-visibility cross-functional role that requires strong analytical acumen business judgment and the ability to move seamlessly from strategic thinking to hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities including acquisitions investments and strategic partnerships that drive long-term growth
• Lead deal execution end-to-end from sourcing and diligence through negotiation and integration planning
• Build and maintain financial models valuation analyses and scenario planning to support decision-making
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance Legal Product and Executive Leadership to structure and execute transactions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic priorities and identify whitespace opportunities
• Develop strategic presentations and recommendations for the executive team and Board of Directors
• Manage post-deal integration and ensure alignment between operational goals and strategic intent
• Establish and track KPIs to measure impact and inform ongoing strategy development

Qualifications

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $185000 to $220000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
