What You'll Bring

• . in toxicology (DABT certification preferred) or related discipline such as chemistry or biology with 3+ years of proven experience in toxicology OR a Master’s and 6+ years of relevant experience
• Strong technical writing and quantitative skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, through both written and verbal communication, and work closely with others as part of a project team
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred : regulatory toxicology, mixtures risk assessment, epidemiology, pharmacokinetics / PBPK modeling, adverse outcome pathways (AOPs), in-vitro to in vivo extrapolation (IVIVE), systematic review, or new approach methods (NAMs)
• 3+ years of program management experience

Ways to Stand Out – Preferred Requirements

• Active security clearance preferred
• Familiarity with Software Development Processes and Tools
• Proven experience as a program manager or in a similar senior-level program management position
• Exceptional program management skills with a successful track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders
• In-depth experience in the defense industry, specifically in the development and deployment of systems to counter Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRNE) threats
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following disciplines is a plus :
• Chemical property estimation techniques
• Quantitative Structure Property Relationships (QSPRs)
• CBRN Modeling and Simulation and Hazard Prediction
