Overview

River North Country Club is a private club in Macon, GA seeking a Head Golf Professional to manage golf operations and provide golf instruction at our new Golf Learning Center.

Experience Required

Minimum 3+ years experience as assistant golf professional at a private club.

Enrolled in PGA to pursue career as head golf professional.

Essential Responsibilities

• Proven track record of providing exemplary customer service to all members and guests.
• Previous work experience in running a department or business with the mindset of an owner.
• Experience with ClubEssential Software or other POS & inventory systems.
• The ability to lead people and build cohesive teams working toward a common goal.
• The ability to develop and manage budgets and other financial worksheets in detail.
• Provide innovative and creative ways to promote the club and its golf-related events.
• Continuous efforts to improve efficiency, member-experience, and profitability of golf operations.
