What will you do

Analyze comeback reports and implement corrective measures to address any deficiencies in service quality.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of repair orders invoices estimates and supplements adhering to established billing and filing protocols.

Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate technician productivity and efficiency.

Implement structured development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of technicians.

Conduct comprehensive reviews of business performance in collaboration with including Estimators and Shop Foreman.

Maintain oversight of repair orders follow-up systems and facility cleanliness to uphold operational excellence.

Establish robust quality control mechanisms to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Pay :

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $87550.00 - $124755.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
