JOB TITLE : Bookstore Assistant

DEPARTMENT AND LOCATION OF JOB :

Bookstore; Blake Hall FVCC Kalispell Campus

ELIGIBILITY :

Open to all current FVCC Students enrolled in a minimum of six credits per semester.

START DATE : Fall Semester 2025

LENGTH OF EMPLOYMENT :

Academic Calendar Year 2025 / 2026

PAY RANGE :

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour Depending on Experience

WORK SCHEDULE :

Flexible schedule between Monday and Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. may workup to 19 hours per week.

DRESS CODE :

Casual wear with appropriate coverage

POSITION PURPOSE / ROLE :

Supports the Bookstore and / or supervisor

POSITION DUTIES :

Under minimum supervision :

• Provides quality customer services to all Bookstore customers and visitors by approaching and greeting them and offering assistance
• Performs cashier functions
• Cleans Bookstore area and maintains general cleanliness and stocks shelves
• May perform other like duties
